We are pleased to announce a special of colloquim prof. Rinus Plasmeijer  and Bas Lijnse. They  will present a new approach to the rapid  development of complex web-based multi-user systems. Taking a Task Oriented Programming (TOP) approach they will explain and demonstrate how the iTask toolkit can be applied to complex real world applications. In particular examples will be given from a project providing automated support for the Dutch Coastguard. In an interactive session there will be opportunity to discuss how iTasks can be used to develop a variety of other applications.
